Pick a movie that you like and use the names of the movie's characters as hostnames.
(I need to do this myself. I ordered some !rpi Zero and #RasPi Zero W SBCs during this assignment, which are waiting for me to arrive in #SoCal.)
#NoteToSelf: Don't forget to order a !RaspberryPi 3 B+ to use with Pi-Hole. -

harmlessgryphon (harmlessgryphon@sealion.club)'s status on Sunday, 14-May-2017 00:18:45 UTC harmlessgryphon The local Micro Center was closing out these boards a a while back - PaPiRus e-ink displays - for about 1/3 the retail cost. I purchased every one they had at the time.
There was some issues with the code in the Git repository at that time, so I set them aside. Now? It works just fine. Running on a !raspberrypi 2B !rpi https://sealion.club/attachment/848945In conversation from sealion.club permalink Attachments

harmlessgryphon (harmlessgryphon@sealion.club)'s status on Sunday, 30-Apr-2017 20:29:00 UTC harmlessgryphon @fl0wn @lnxw48a1 There's also weatherusa.net - they're local-ish to me so I may be somewhat biased... The service they provide usually works well enough, and you get one email and one SMS number with the "free" service. It's pretty granular down to the zipcode, although that does depend on what information NOAA feeds them.
I use it, local twitter feeds, and a CAT WX-250 that sits in my network rack and is constantly polled by a !raspberrypi
