Because Russian politicians voice these threats openly from time to time?

While OSCE is only allowed to say what they directly observed, so vast majority of the cases is described as "unknown", for cases they did observe earlier this week it was dozens to hundreds of projectiles outgoing from LDNR, and three from UA.

BTW IMSI catcher doesn't disable encryption over the air — it just offers stronger signal than legitimate BTS, so your device sends encrypted GSM traffic to the catcher which captures its contents and then reencrypts and sends again encrypted to the true BTS.

kravietz 🦇 (kravietz@agora.echelon.pl)'s status on Sunday, 20-Feb-2022 11:09:11 UTC kravietz 🦇 - Because 70 years old leader has been since 1999 making exactly the same promise of “making Russia one the five largest economies of the world” while its been humbly occupying the same position of economy comparable to Italy. And he desperately needs some success, while independent Ukraine is a stunning example of how a country can prosper when not entirely controlled by kleptocracy composed of security services and oligarchs.
- It depends. The reason for the high pitch tone is general tendency in media because hysterical emotions and fear sell better. One reason voiced for the periodic leaks on “intelligence attack dates” is that this way US is forcing Russia to to something rather than endlessly keeping 100k troops on Ukraine’s border, which is highly destructive on its own.

kravietz 🦇 (kravietz@agora.echelon.pl)'s status on Saturday, 19-Feb-2022 22:16:10 UTC kravietz 🦇 Ukraine is one of the last states in eastern Europe not a member of NATO or the EU
And it should be remembered that all of the Eastern European new joiners into NATO were motivated for their applications by threatening actions of Russia itself.

kravietz 🦇 (kravietz@agora.echelon.pl)'s status on Thursday, 17-Feb-2022 11:21:34 UTC kravietz 🦇 OK, so after a bit of reading it seems like the “proper” way of doing #devops using Ansible is:
- use regular ansible-playbook push from management workstation to deploy any required secrets and anything else that needs ansible-vault
- anything else that works without ansible-vault can be done using ansible-pull
This seems quite feasible and I’m going to try it next.

As talk about #devops configuration management, I use mainly Ansible and Puppet, and the main challenge I have with the former is that if you have a single playbook for the whole infra it takes ages to run it as it's pretty much sequential. Puppet OTOH just picks up the relevant bits through agents, but I'm not the fan of Ruby syntax. Or am I doing something wrong with Ansible? -

Excuse me but have you actually read the Russian proposed agreement draft? Because I have and based on what they offer it's a not-so-much concealed way of saying "fuck you". Here's a few things that have drawn my attention:

But hey, it’s Russia that feels threatened because, as one ARD journalist recently explained, Sweden dared to place tanks on their fucking own territory of Gotland!

All armed forces present in Donbass and Crimea belong to just one country - Russia. There are no “foreign countries” there, just one.

How about making a concession and making Miami a “neutral, buffer region”? I mean you want peace, don’t you? I’m sure there’s enough Russian-speaking people there to give a nice justification for their “protection” by Kremlin.
