hypolite (hypolite@friendica.mrpetovan.com)'s status on Wednesday, 14-Feb-2024 00:59:09 UTC hypolite @tjradcliffe Your suggestion about my political belief is so far off course that it is amusing, but it doesn't change the truth, for society to change, the behavior of individuals composing it needs to change, there's no way around it.
And in the current case, the onus is mainly on men to improve the overall health of heterosexual relationships in Western society. The people who tend to disagree with this also tend to be on the conservative side of the political spectrum.
And I don't think I have a fruitful way to engage with a conservative.

hypolite (hypolite@friendica.mrpetovan.com)'s status on Wednesday, 14-Feb-2024 00:58:58 UTC hypolite @tjradcliffe @clacke There isn't something inherently wrong with men except maybe a marginal testosterone-induced greater tendency to aggressivity, but there is something that is instilled in men from a very young age that can and should be unlearned for them to be decent to be around. It isn't just about the parents, it's about society at large and can be summarized by the classic "boys will be boys" response. -

hypolite (hypolite@friendica.mrpetovan.com)'s status on Thursday, 01-Feb-2024 02:50:54 UTC hypolite @clacke The air dryness in New York City is a quality I didnβt know I needed. Paris air was always a little humid, but I really suffered when I experienced tropical humidity in Cairns in Australia.
Now it can be humid in NYC, but it rarely lasts long, and all the buildings have central air or AC so it is livable for me.

I donβt blame anyone for suspecting foul play but it is apparently legit in this case. -

It only applies to individual words in English, but you can calculate their key which enables you to find words with close pronunciation. However, it is absolutely not collision-resistant.
