did I say diaspora has?

about explanation: !fediverse + #federation http://skilledtests.com/wiki/Federation
-
will read the FAQ link now
-
just added: "so, you can consider !twitter (a single server, with millions of users) part of the federation ;-) which can via
the twitterbridge talk to many other GNU social servers" (I know people will laugh now)
-
I understand the description of "federation" (which I added in the wiki as basically): technically, "we use the !ostatus protocol to do this and that" (it's imported, mainly from @tobias ). #fediverse, as you say is not a protocol, it's a community. What others think of the term "federation" is probably something very similar like the !fediverse

@mk remember any date/dent for the afaik-section where I mention you? (also: add/share input on that, thx)
-
@erkan no - it will have been shortly before the !fediverse group was created, but group listings (alas, still) don't give an origin date. Should be in the database though, I think.
-
@erkan as I remember it, I just started using the term in my 'tzag' greetings, and then made it a group to reach those who might want to be included with that. :)
-
@erkan at one point, long before that, there was an !identiverse (not sure if it was a group), which was the base for the variant fediverse (the name intended to be more neutral than that so diaspora and friendica would be included as well).

@giaco I have added more to the !diaspora section, so it becomes clearer now, ok?
