@neauoire @kaalatrie @nleigh in #asciidoc that becomes kbd:[shortcut_here] like kbd:[Ctrl+Shift+P] which is then rendered in <kbd> if the backend is HTML. In PDF it's highlighted with an outline border. No idea in epub format.

@Camel @schratze you forget that ads are also a vehicle for gathering information about the user.

Beside the obvious privacy issue, that information is sold and there is a huge market around it but the user (almost) never gets a share of it.

So, again ignoring the privacy concern, your best scenario is a petty thief stealing from a thief (or criminal organization).
