     @jaideneverett I was going to recommend https://tranquillity.se (which is @mikael) but you wanted North American providers, which I have no idea about (and wouldn't trust for several reasons anyway ;)

     Maybe you should just get your own server at home, that's cheap! (not that a VPS is expensive, they're not more than your limit $10 USD and can handle _all_ your blogs/backups/whatever, except of course the backup of the VPS itself)
