   The lunar new year holiday is the time I do binge-watching. Could you recommend some films/TV/Video to watch?

   I just watched "Don't Look Up" and "The Book of Boba Fett" (not sure if I will go on to watch "The Mandalorian"). Sci-fi and/or comedy seems fitting this time of the year.

   I don't subscribe to Netflix or Disney+ but have access during this period.

   What would you recommend? Many thanks in advance!

   (Jennifer Lawrence kicks ass, and Ming-Na Wen is such a bad ass!)

     @trc Do you enjoy fast-paced small-minded witty vulgarity among very smart very stupid and emotionally stunted undeservedly powerful people a la In The Loop / The Thick Of It and The Death Of Stalin? I've got seven seasons of Veep to recommend.
     
     With English subtitles or I'd have missed half of the dialog.

     I am thinking about "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" (1989), "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey" (1991), and "Bill & Ted Face the Music" (2020) if I can find them.

     It's like West Wing but on double or triple speed and everyone is either amoral or downright evil. In the most hilarious way.
     
     Sometimes they do get what they deserve, but never for long. Every other other episode is like the end of Lord of War.

     @clacke I only got to learn about the original two films after reading some reviews on the recent one. 30 years apart, OMG!

     @trc It's a dopamine experience. I saw a column that measures jokes per minute and this one is at like 130 jokes per 30-minute episode, it's through the roof. Blink and you miss it.
     
     Every scene is not just scripted, it's also ad-libbed over and over to perfect it and so many actors on it are brilliant, in particular of course Julia Louis-Dreyfus, the veep herself. The chemistry in the room is just wow.
     
     Now you're going in with elevated expectations, sorry. But I have to let this gush out.
     
     I am on the last season and I will feel lonely when it's over. I only started a few weeks ago.
