@darekpages My illustration is not about the end of X but the murder of Twitter by X and so, the end of Twitter.

I left Twitter in April and when I announced it you could still see some warm feelings , especially in my illustration of the moment ( https://www.davidrevoy.com/article964/goodbye-blue-bird , ) .
But now with the rebranding, I really feel the place I knew between 2010 to 2023 with all I learned on it is definitely changed and so, Tw belong to the museum of G+, Orkut, Freenode and Myspace (I was on the four).

1. A video screen recording of Krita application. On the canvas, an artwork of mine ( "A witch of Magmah" sources on peppercarrot.com, artworks category ) . The video show how I use the selection tool around a finger of the character, and duplicate it. A little paint-over, and you have a hand with 6 fingers. If you don't get it: here some background. My art is part of many AI dataset without my consent. The AI have issue to denoise statistically the area containing fingers, and it result often into characters with problems into fingers. By adding a new finger at the source of the datasets, I'm expecting a huge sabotage in the learning of the correct amount of finger in illustration :-P Note: It's a joke.

She looks on her side, amused, and discover a large cartoony mastodon also waiting for the bus, and covered only with a large leaf on his head. @msh @clacke Oh yes, I noticed about the links posted in the first comment, or with creator directly commenting their own post after posting.
Some engineers of social media probably laught a lot when they see the rules abandoned by their algorythm while userbase keep the behavior. I wonder how many behavior are efective, and how many are pure superstition. I feel a bit like lab 🐀
