harmlessgryphon (harmlessgryphon@sealion.club)'s status on Sunday, 19-Feb-2017 22:27:47 UTC harmlessgryphon Buddy of mine just picked up this radio at a local antique store. The cabinet is just a bit rough, maybe a 7/10, but it's been brought back to working order by the vendor and plays quite well. Some Philco beast, still researching the model number. https://sealion.club/attachment/609725
He had to leave it here for now, told him 30 days and it reverts to the house. -

Claims to be more stable than a !raspberrypi equivalent. (I've personally purchased a couple different models of the GLi mini-routers, they are pretty neat little pieces of kit.)

I think I still have it somewhere. Couldn't resist that magenta and purple plastic with the DIGITAL logo. @dogjaw In conversation from sealion.club permalink -

harmlessgryphon (harmlessgryphon@sealion.club)'s status on Sunday, 30-Oct-2016 23:28:39 UTC harmlessgryphon A friend of mine, Adam Davis, took this photo near Clarion, PA. It's one of the tunnels on the New York Central Line. It's still passable, but is failing rapidly from what I'm told.It was last used in 1985 when it was abandoned as part of the Conrail restructure. !photography https://sealion.club/attachment/389827 In conversation from sealion.club permalink Attachments

harmlessgryphon (harmlessgryphon@sealion.club)'s status on Friday, 28-Oct-2016 14:30:11 UTC harmlessgryphon In November 2001, the company I work for bought a site license for WinZip. This was long after zipfile integration had been placed into Windows, so it was a complete waste of money.
Up until a few years ago, this was still being installed on Windows 7 and 8 computers. Because it's so out of date and had issues opening anything other than lightly https://sealion.club/attachment/385128 compressed files, I would promptly go around and un-install it, restore zip integration, and install 7-Zip for anything other than zipfiles (including removing WinAce, WinRAR, and other etc.)
I found that CD today with the license letter. I am taking great joy in destroying that CD.In conversation from sealion.club permalink Attachments

harmlessgryphon (harmlessgryphon@sealion.club)'s status on Friday, 30-Sep-2016 17:17:45 UTC harmlessgryphon I'm running a Friendica instance as a GS/Twitter/etc. collector. I've noticed that while it works fine on my local network, remote access doesn't serve user icons because the links are still pointing to the internal server IP address (instead of a relative link, which I would assume is what it should be.)
In the example, Last users is a broken jpg that's still pointing to 192.168.1.222.
Is this a bug, or did I misconfigure Apache somehow? https://sealion.club/attachment/331628In conversation from sealion.club permalink Attachments
