!grrr I need a new mouse - two, in fact. It appears my current ones' electronices is still ok, but mechanically they are problematic, like no 'click' feel when I click, the pushbutton for teh battery compartment gets stuck, and both seem to 'eat' batteries (or rather, battery charges). And of course the two handy local practically-round-the-corner computer & electronics stores have disappeared. :( I'll have to go out #mousehunting #tomorrow. And a new fast battery charger is needed, too - two slots seem to be faulty. Giving up for today... I'm going to solve jigsaw puzzles on my phone ;-)

@zoowar yeah... and I have the added problem that many mouses are too big for my small hands, or are asymmetrical right-handed while I use a mouse left-handed.

OK, found a decent mouse for a decent price, and in two colors so I can have a different one for each computer. And I found a store that has both in stock. So, I'll put on my mouse-buying clothes and go on a little expedition ;-)

...and now I have two new mouses ('mice' is reserved for those little warm-blooded critters): one grey, one red, plus a fast battery charger (my old one was also on the blink - literally). Time for #lunch now!

How nice... a mouse that simply plugs in (the micro button) and then actually works just like a mouse should - simply and comfortably.

wow - the old battery charger was indeed pretty much fried inside! I was curious, so I screwed it open. :) No wonder it didn't charge properly any more, and one light kept blinking.
