     @mk In my experience, Asian noodles are generally very different from the point of quality but also from the point of "cooking properly". I try very hard and found finally some suppliers that are good. I think you have to try on. ;-)

     @mcscx aha! if I go there, I get: The "requested URL /group/noodles was not found on this server", so it did indeed "disappear". I could not find any trace of it! But I never talk abaout 'ramen' (which is one specific type of !noodles) so I prefer the generic name anyway
