     @mcscx @torrentfreak I believe this is the trial where some individuals had put up "free porn" services, where all you had do to was to "sign up for free" or whatever. Not sure what was required to sign up, but probably name and email - maybe phone number to verify via SMS. So the personal information submission was done voluntarily - but the consequences of course unexpected.

     I also remember something about hidden agreements. Like "you sign up for free - but any downloads you make after signing in will cost money" (which I doubt is compliant with Swedish laws). But that gives them a reason to send out the "download bills". @mcscx @torrentfreak
