If you need fancy icons and categories, just create a desktop shortcut for it in the folder `~/.local/share/applications`.

This bad design would make it imposing to run an AppImage manually. It is very bad and limiting.
Instead I have a small bash script that download the latest appimage from GitHub automatically and put it in ~/Applications/, then create a .desktop file and then add a symlink to ~/.local/bin/
