@me My corner of the Fediverse is slow enough that if I check it too often, nothing will have changed, so I can space out checks enough to do something else and even forget about it for a while.

I finally removed all timer-based games from my phone. I should have done it a long time ago given that being on time to collect deliveries/productions gave me severe FOMO anxiety and I was compulsively checking my phone at all time, but now itβs done.
