     @sukino @veer66 While it's true that the blockchain runs with or without the legal entities, it's still pretty significant for the future of the ecosystem who runs the dominant entity funding technical development.

     @clacke Tezos has awesome on-chain governance with a self-amending process.
     
     Everyone can propose the protocol changes proposal and let bakers vote. it will automatically apply on-chain once it passed the adoption period.
     
     Tezos Foundation is an organization set up to oversee protocol development and grantee.
     
     But Tezos is not tied with Tezos Foundation.
     
     When you have a good idea/project related to Tezos, you can submit a grant request to the Tezos foundation.
     
     Think that Tezos Foundation is a private organization focused on protocol development and adoption around the Tezos ecosystem.
