   @how @mlemweb @emacsen @markm I think @sl007 is trolling me by saying "her majesty" because he knows just how much I reject being raised to any kind of pedestal resembling royalty for ActivityPub (or anything) for all the reasons you've mentioned. It's an ongoing friendly joke from him.

     Exactly. Mastodon is not a good place for tone and things between lines. Yes, it was cynical. And it was because it shouldn't be like this.
