The top of my pay band is 30-35% higher than I currently make. But new hires could be starting a couple of dollars about some states' minimum wages. -

My guaranteed pay raise for FY2020 is 0.00% since no new legislation has been adopted and POTUS is still bent on a pay freeze for the General Schedule.
