   Saw $EMPLOYER's new pay scale. The top of my pay band is 30-35% higher than I currently make. But new hires could be starting a couple of dollars about some states' minimum wages.

     @lnxw48a1 I’m still General Schedule. My guaranteed pay raise for FY2020 is 0.00% since no new legislation has been adopted and POTUS is still bent on a pay freeze for the General Schedule.

     @alpacaherder Other than the annual COLA (around 1-1.5% most years), I haven’t had a raise in my base pay for about a decade.
