   I've given one and am probably going to give another talk tomorrow that might in some ways make some people uncomfortable by posing some things that aren't fun to hear as a member of that community (of which I'm a member, and where it might not be fun for me either)?

   It's a lot of responsibility when doing something like that; sometimes it is important but it's too easy to do it wrong. I want to keep people motivated even when laying out challenges in a space.

   I hope I don't mess it up.

     I think the Guile and Racket one maybe didn't end with quite the energy I wanted for the Guile community or should have delivered.

     But on the upside it resulted in some conversations today that I thought were very productive and some nice ideas on things to do. I hope in that way it could be productive, even though sadly that conversation wasn't recorded
