Perforce Software is seeking a Director of Sales Operations that will oversee
a team of inside Account Managers and Customer Care Representatives to ensure
effective customer relations through accurate invoicing while placing an
emphasis on Salesforce CRM optimization and efficient team workflow. The
position will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to
ensure the timely and successful delivery of Perforce solutions based upon
customer needs. The Director of Sales Operations will also be heavily
involved M&A integrations, focusing on customer engagement and retention.

**Essential Functions**
* Management of the Company's global renewal maintenance revenue stream, including such functions as:
* All quote to cash functions (quote processing, invoice processing & cash collections.
* Management of all license key generation.
* Integration of the order management and billing processes of acquired companies.
* Receive inbound billing-related customer calls, emails and Salesforce cases and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Own month-end closing of billing group information.
* Review and interpret terms and conditions of license agreements, software subscriptions and professional services contracts and be able to confirm validity and accuracy of associated billing.
* Management of the Company's Salesforce deployment.
* Collaborate with IT and the Salesforce development team to prioritize and maintain custom development projects.
* Maintain customer records, files, and documents.
* Assist sales department with contracts and customer-related questions as needed.
* Respond to field escalations (sales and service) and customer service requests.
* Work with the Executive Management team on the closing and integration of all acquisitions.
**Required Education, Experience and Skills**
* 7+ years of billings, renewal management or sales operations experience.
* BS Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
* Experience managing a global, dispersed team.
* Experience in managing, deploying, and optimizing Salesforce
* Exceptional organization skills with proven ability to be innovative relating to systems and processes.
* International experience is a plus.
* Experience working with internal stakeholders (i.e., sales, finance, & marketing)
* Contract management experience.
* Software revenue recognition knowledge.
