@roka @dolus @1iceloops123 @nepgear Eeeeehhhh but it works well the way I use it.
Dev: me
Projects visible to: only me (or so they say)
Cost: zero
Comparison to old VCS method: better because old method always ended in "which USB stick had the newest version?"
- Hallå Kitteh repeated this.

@roka @dolus @1iceloops123 @nepgear @histoire People complain about git's idiosyncracies but let me tell you rcs was some bullshit. Always messed up when to check out and check in, and each file versioned individually may make more sense sometimes, but just as often is just confusing.
I used to use rcs for my local files and enjoyed the emacs integration, but as soon as bzr was a thing I was happy to switch over, emacs integraton or not.
In retrospect, I should have always used local svn rather than rcs.

To be fair, you need to have a very high IQ to enjoy rcs.

@roka @dolus @1iceloops123 @nepgear @histoire I challenge your notion of perfect, as noted. :-)
