    The command line lets you choose the units for size, either in MegaBytes 'ls --blocksize=1MB' or MegaBinaryBytes 'ls --blocksize=1M'. That's an unfortunate abbreviation, the correct short form is MebiBytes or just MiB. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_prefixes (one of the first Wikipedia articles I ever edited)
