Folks who say “it’s your fault if you get hacked because you’re still on XP” have absolutely no understanding of how complicated infrastructure can be or structural inequality.

So, it's susceptible to the #WannaCry ransomware. And the X-Ray machine is proprietary hardware, so there's no chance of upgrading to !FreeSoftware OS.
