     Then again if the UI offers another measuer of including group relation it doesn't even have to be part of the visual markup since it's interpreted from metadata anyway.
     
     But ~ is horrible in all ways and should be avoided. Addressing for example a ~newhere group would easily result in ñewhere posts.
     
     Only programmers might dislike the bangtag, but anyone who is !newhere (not new here) has learned what it means anyway.
