     @csaurus @lnxw48 @tuttle if you want the functionality of slack with the federation and freedom of irc / xmpp, check out matrix. I think slack is idiotic, though.

     @lambadalambda @lnxw48 @tuttle I'll have to have a look. I've heard of it before but tend towards luddism and not really look into new technologies for a little while after I hear of them. Mostly because I usually expect them to die in the crib.
