I don't think the platform itself is connected to the Fediverse.

But I think Gitea is working on federation? And Codeberg uses Gitea? (Not sure if this would link to Fedi though or whether it's just federation of gits)

p.s. Obviously the number one priority for donations at the moment should be people and organisations on the ground in Ukraine 🇺🇦

However, if you want to also help Tor, the most active option is to run your own relay or bridge (see StoryDragon's post below!).
