Yo there's this non profit where people volunteer to make you a lasagna and send it to you?? available in United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Australia. its supposed to encourage ppl to pay it forward. founders look exactly like you'd think they would. idk if any of y'all need a lasanga?!!!

Im mean don't come crying when 30 of your employees who been with the company for 40 years all retire and ur left with 0 trainees,, get your institutional memory together or face the wrath of basically becoming a start up again π₯Ά
Y'all jobs that pay 16-35 year olds all the same $15/hr social media with no opportunity to move up but do require them to be on call 24/7... yikes π¬
This applies to non profit sector work too. The number of times NPOs dissolve because it was just 1 person's passion and absolutely no one else to transition people on? Tragic oof. Please work on your onboarding. Burning people out is gross.

what are those bars that display on boards for music that stack boxes on top of each other for higher rectangles called? like in response to volume or something?
i complained to my therapist earlier this week that a lot of the stuff i think people associate with my "personal brand" or whatever are things i really feel negative about. then i struggled to think of anything positive.
this, i should have said something related to this. i'm good at finding random stuff. i have varied and particular knowledge. and i have a lot of fun.
hey hun, do something nice for yourself ya? even if it's just 5 minutes. lay down for a bit and close your eyes, or maybe you want to keep them open to stare into the sky. you are a gentle and wonderful being. thank you.

them: oh, is that something new?
me: actually closed "following" on walled gardens, like twitter, kind of killed out a lot of RSS for our generation, but there are people who still use it and find it handy
