@be For Codeberg, I have one idea around for about (more than?) a year. Creating some kind of awareness task force to not only enforce strict guidelines, but rather help teams in case of conflicts etc and monitor the overall healthiness in projects, give advice etc.
I'm yet to figure out how to improve acceptance for those who strongly oppose Code of Conducts and social stuff as "not interested", "not my business", "feelings aside, let's focus", all that without noticing their off behaviour ...
