and next some artsy indy pop/rock from early 00s. this has a nice atmosphere, and the lyrics are a weird mix of hopeful optimism and ominous war prophesy, so a fitting song for our times i guess.

Stoori Raisiolainen (stoori@polyglot.city)'s status on Monday, 07-Mar-2022 00:18:46 UTC Stoori Raisiolainen now, let's aim for new lows: a parody song about the futility of repairing an old car. as a bass boosted version, of course.
and the original is this melodramatic pop song.
this seems to be a whole genre, in fact, making parody versions about the futility of repairing old cars.

let's start with a song that really resonates in these trying times: vittu kun vituttaa.
it's a fresh accordion cover of this classic 90s song, which also has a nice video:

But that doesn't mean I don't get annoyed when every person interviewed, up to military officials, just keeps saying that we can't understand why Russia attacked the nuclear plant.
I mean, Russia has claimed that Ukraine is trying to get nuclear weapons. Isn't the first priority in such a situation then to try to get control of Ukrainian nuclear facilities?

no! it's not a benefit, it means that less people can afford to live close to the new tram line!
