The A* path-finding algorithm is 40 lines of pseudocode. You can find it in "'Principles of Artificial Intelligence" from 1980.
Ever since the 1960s, if it came out of a math department that needed grants for Lisp development, it's AI.

His performance was consistent and disciplined under pressure.
MΓΆregΓ₯rdh made some really impressive plays throughout the game, but only the first two sets were even. Once he started losing he started making more mistakes.

Let's at least do those. And let's keep educating each other on the social bit.
For those who still aren't served by that improved network, yes, let's hope they find somewhere to be too. Perhaps it could be a semi-federated corner of almost-Fedi.

Whether these effects will be fully favorable, as they could be, or in part harmful, will depend on whether those who make policy decisions are aware of what computers can do and what they cannot do. -- John Kemeny π

Santa Claes πΈπͺππ°π (clacke@libranet.de)'s status on Saturday, 03-Aug-2024 04:44:18 UTC Santa Claes πΈπͺππ°π To make truly safe and effective autonomous cars, I believe the traffic environment has to change, to accomodate the cars. Special markings, signage, separation, etc. In the end, human drivers will have to be banned.
At some point in this transition, we might as well have gone for more efficient rail-bound PRT instead of trying to fit automated traffic into our made-for-humans, mixed-with-humans traffic environment.

I didn't work directly on the products, I was there to fix their build system.
They were working on full autonomy, and in theory had it, but were working under the assumption that nobody will allow fully autonomous cars on the roads until they are 10Γ safer than human drivers, and that wouldn't be happening until 2030 at the earliest.

TL;DR: JSON is not a true subset of YAML. To generate YAML with Nix, create a Nix structure, use builtins.toJSON, run results through `yj -jy`. Bonus: Github Actions has a validator you can run to validate Github Actions YAML.
