@thor they are usually overly confident men (mostly men but not always) who just give orders instead of being collaborative with the delivery teams to try and work out what are the best ideas in the context and which ones are most executable.

@thor usually they’re not actually evil enough to do that. You get the occasional malignant narcissist who does that though, but they’re pretty rare thankfully
