@pluralistic I work in the auto industry. All the old-guard are "learning" from Tesla. I really want to do something about it, but I feel like my hands are tied by capitalism. Even when engineers present traditional market reasons why designs are actually poor and Tesla customer satisfaction is like Porsche satisfaction, owners already decided they will love everything about it before they bought it, and even poor performance won't change their mind, management continues to act like copying Tesla is the gold solution they've been looking for.

@sean @Beef it sounds like you where a victim of "spiritual feel good Christianity" madcsrading as evangelicalism. If you went want to talk Catholicism, and my journey from being born to non-bemieving hippies who turned into born again Christians to following the Holy Spirit to Christ's Church, I would be happy to talk. -
