mcc@dragfyre @neauoire Every time there's a hurricane or tropical storm (semifrequently) the whole island jumps like 30 feet in one go and there's a whole set of houses that are suddenly on stilts in open ocean
The rules have some kind of really funny phrasing like "if your house moves onto the beach, you have 30 days to remove it before the state takes possession..."
