#Beer !math #sunshine what more could one want. Just going over some basic bits I skimmed the other day, whilst thinking about an abstract group as category of a single object.
It doesn't matter what the destination group is because of a natural transformation.
@rtsn @lwflouisa You should check out the Cryptography 1 course from Coursera. https://www.coursera.org/learn/crypto It's just about to start again (Feb 19) . It's free, and covers the fundamentals of modern cryptography. It's really fun, and has some good !math in it too.
I have found a new way to cheat at math problems. Calculate a few values of the solution, using Haskell, or Python, or whatever suits you. Then punch them into oeis.org and somebody will have already calculated the rest of the sequence, and given an analytic way to solve it. oeis is the npm for !math
