     @chalkahlom yup - in May last year I helped my two friends from Amsterdam house-sitting in the north (just a little less far north) - and the house had one of those whole-beans-to-coffee machines. I promised myself I'd get one when I found a house. So about the first thing I did after I got the keys was research a little and buy such a machine. I love it. Of course I haven't actually moved yet, but I am spending time there and enjoying my ever-fresh coffee. When in Amsterdam, I have to make do with (good-quality) instant coffee, but I'm afraid I've gotten into the habit now. But when I get to Groningen invariably the first thing I do is make myself a fresh cuppa. aaahh! :D
