Finally managed to rebuild #emacs with #m17n support on !guix SD so that I can type Tamil properly.

@arunisaac m17n = multilingualization, that's a new one for me. What's the contrast with i18n and l10n?

The #emacs package on !guix SD is built without m17n, and so my Tamil (Indic) text was not rendering properly. So, I rebuilt emacs with m17n to fix the issue.
I don't really know how m17n, i18n and l10n are different. To me, their meanings all seem to overlap. I don't know if there is a rigorous difference between them.

@arunisaac Ok. One of us will have to get back to this after some research into the matter. :-)
