     @notnavigium Well, like the things that comes with the spacemacs configuration, and I do not have the need\time to set all that stuff up manually. (and no reason to since it comes with spacemacs..), I have added some packages to my setup though, but I just sync it over owncloud to all my other machines, to keep the cfg the same all over the place.
     I use it for all my text editing, and most code editing etc.

     @notnavigium I understand that. Especially once you have your own working setup like you mention. I started with stock Emacs, then just went straight for Spacemacs. (I had no custom stuff before that).
