The all-party panel charged with examining alternatives to the First Past The Post voting system wrapped up its third day of hearings by hosting a panel discussion this afternoon.
On the witness list for the closing round: Institute for Research on Public Policy research director Leslie Seidle, University of Toronto professor emeritus Larry LaDuc and Universite du Quebec a Montreal political science and law dean Hugo Cyr.
During the morning session, MPs heard from former Privy Council Clerk Alex Himelfarb, who testified alongside Universite de Montreal senior researcher Henry Milner and professor Andre Blais.
