   @aqeel I'm feeling the effects of a sedentary life, with rushed meals at restaurants and fast-food restaurants (mostly thanks to my job). If I want to still be around when #GD1, #GD2, #Toddler_A grow up, I've got to make big changes.

     @lnxw48 @aqeel As a stop-gap, you could consider whether a rushed meal of fastfood is better or worse than a powdered meal à la #Soylent.
