     @expatpaul @zoowar Some time ago I saw a video by a medicine expert famous on YouTube who explains complex facts quite easily. He told that most of the gluten intolerance numbers is just based on one study which is very inaccurate due to the number of participants. So, hypochondria might be a very reasonable cause. Furthermore it's a huge market for selling special products.
