6 days in a row of nights starts for me tonight. Unfortunately, I am tired right now. Sleeping during the day will be easier on the weekend, but construction across the street today kept me up.

I already worked out. I already drank a quart of cold brew (and then a little tea). I guess I should have start cold brew earlier so it would be ready before 5am, but maybe if I drink just a little at 5am I will still be able to sleep at 8am.
