   Okay, so, after trying to get Sabayon to where I want it - I've hit enough snags for me to try a different distro, so this morning I installed Manjaro, and that one seems to have all the things I want out of the box.
   
   Rolling release, full disk encryption (that is not in the sabayon installer, and is a bitch to set up do manually), and everything else that I need, so I'll run this instead of sabayon. So this will be the distro I'll use on all my computers from now on.

     @chalkahlom Full disk encryption is #1 for me. But as always - there was issues to begin with, It refused to do upgrades due to not finding the gpg keys and such. but I found a solution that worked. https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1501589#p1501589 , so now I got everything upgraded and ready.
