     @cmhobbs other than just calls and texts, I'm down to a browser, Wikipedia, forecastie, and mustard mod for internet things. Gobandroid and FBReader for occasional amusement. Then markers, hexiano, practice hub, sokoban, and pixelesque for my son. Turned off all active checking and alerts for everything but calls/texts. Going to try to put this phone away more often and just flat out ignore it. I'm also thinking about setting a tech curfew for myself. No glowing rectangles after and before some arbitrary hour. That'll be difficult as my wife runs the television pretty constantly.

     @cmhobbs @nds Just today considering if I should take a dopamine white month. I'm on vacation the first two weeks, which helps get started.
