I've been unable to find anarchist literature discussing fraternities or sororities (not necessarily college/"greek" ones). My guess is they'd be frowned upon due to their often hierarchical leadership.
Anyone have any thoughts or input?

@cmhobbs Neither socialist nor capitalist anarchy has much of a problem w/ voluntary hierarchy as far as I can tell. Communes, companies.

@cmhobbs A hierarchy becomes a problem only when it can be argued not to be fully voluntary, as in a monopoly or oligarchy.

@cmhobbs If the Freemasons were to be the shadow government some would like to believe they are, then I believe both anarchies would mind.

@cmhobbs If there are great teachings inside Freemasonry, which members are not allowed to divulge to outsiders, I find that problematic.
