     @chalkahlom thanks :) it has a largish garden without grass but a lot of paving stones - but also a couple of small trees and other greenery. I'm planning to enlarge the living room - taking a bit off the gardenbut there will be plenty left to grow things (flowers, herbs, other food). ;-)

     @sazius thank you! No pics though until it's official (there are pics in the online housing market sites of course, but I'm not giving out an address for now). I'm thinking of writing a whole blog ('post-mortem' as it were) of the whole rocky journey up till here - but no addresses for privacy, just descriptions. :D
