@dragnucs Twitter would disable it as soon as it got popular. You can never use Twitter without being under a constant threat of being cut off. Instead, you should work to inform Twitter - and its users - about the benefits of federated communication.

@lnxw48 @dragnucs In addition the bridge makes hosts horribly slow. I have 2 vCPUS and 8 GiB RAM for #gnusocialde. Turning the bridge on makes the site unuseable, in fact kills the queue daemon.
