     @NYbill I suppose so, I was thinking more of when you were young maybe you played with Grandpa, cause I guess that you saw him playing.

     @ghostdancer That was always in his living room closet. He played the living room organ when I was a kid. But, when I would visit I would sneak in and play with the banjo. He knew I was. He didn't stop me.

     I suppose I could play it, a bit. Its a 4 sting tenor banjo. They are tuned like a mandolin/bouzouki.

     You take your guitar brain and turn all the cord shapes upside down. ;)
