The main updates to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, in summary, are as follows (though we do encourage you to read the Subscriber Agreement in full): • We are simplifying the agreement by making it easier to read. • We are providing new wording to cover the new plans that you can subscribe to (where available), as well as providing the possibility to switch to a different plan where permitted. [highlighted] Included within this is a provision which makes clear that all plans may contain limited advertising, promotional content, branding, sponsorship messaging and the like, including adverts that are contained within live content or special events that contain commercial breaks.
