   The cowboy show currently on TV has a main character named William. Its very distracting!

   I usually just have this channel on in the room. But, I'm using the computer. I might glance over at it from time to time. And my right hand automatically hits 'mute' on the remote at commercials. Its like "background music".

   But, they keep saying my proper name and its grabbing my full attention. :P

     @Ricardus Some old TV show. Death Valley Days, I think.
