   @yeti Given the meaning: "Historically, citadels were also used for the control and defense of a city's inhabitants during attacks or sieges." I find that name very fitting.

     He did what the Mastodon Corporation, which receives tens of thousands of dollars in donations, did not manage/want to build in years.
