I generally use CTRL+U if the site is #JavaScrippled, because a lot of sites just hide the content and use JS to reveal it. As an added benefit, many paywalls and cookie consent banners depend on JS.
This isn't perfect, of course. Some sites don't work at all, and some want to throw up a CAPTCHA and "Are you a bot?" message. Even where it does work, a lot of styling may be lost.
